Acton Community Service Day

Every year a number of us help out on an Acton conservation effort. This year we can help remove invasive plant species and clean up the trail at Nashoba Brook Conservation Land’s Trail Thru Time, a multicultural heritage trail in North Acton. The invasives will be used to construct - under Native American supervision - a fish weir at NARA park the following Sunday. The Town of Acton will supply all tools needed. There will also be an optional brunch beforehand at 11:30 AM at the Blackbird Café on Great Road. Event details will be emailed to registrants a few days in advance. Limited to 25, ages 13+. Please register with the Friends of Pine Hawk site HERE.
